your site?
If you're interested in a property on our site, but need further information, you
should contact the estate agent shown next to the property, using the contact details
provided with each property. Alternatively you can call us directly on 0207 739
3513 for details on how to contact the relevant estate agent.
How do I find an estate agent to sell or let my property?
Go to our find an agent section, and enter your area to find the names and details
of Getmoved member agents in that area.
I emailed an estate agent from the site and they've not responded.
Unfortunately, once we've passed on an enquiry, it is up to that particular agent
to get in contact with you. It may be beneficial phoning the agent instead, informing
them that you've emailed but got no response.
Is it free for me to use Getmoved?
Yes, with Getmoved it is completely free to search for a property.
What kind of business is Getmoved?
Getmoved is not an estate agent, instead it is a property site which advertises
the properties of estate agents, lettings agents and developers who pay Getmoved
to do so. Getmoved is like an easier and more efficient newspaper with a far broader
range of properties advertised. Getmoved is a subsidiary of Dela Limited. Getmoved
only allows estate agents, letting agents or developers that meet our quality standards
to advertise their properties with us. The catalogue of homes on Getmoved, are provided
by thousands of property agents throughout the U.K and are wholly independent of
us.

Does Getmoved have information on all the homes available nationwide?
Although it is impossible for Getmoved to have details on all of the properties
available throughout the UK we work with a number of estate agents, lettings agents
and developers all over the country to gain information on homes for sale throughout
the UK. Nearly all of our agents advertise all of their properties with Getmoved.
How can I find out which estate agents are contributing to the Getmoved database?
Our find an agent section will allow you to search for Getmoved member agents in
your area.
How often does Getmoved add new properties to its website?
We refresh our property database, both adding and removing properties, on a daily
basis. This happens automatically as information from different estate agents' databases
change, thus ensuring property information is kept relevant and up-to-date.
I believe the details of a property to be incorrect. How can this be corrected?
Whatever your enquiry regarding properties found on the site, you should contact
the agent advertised next to the property, using the contact details shown.
Why can't I see the full address of the property?
For security of the seller and their property, the full address of each property
is not shown. For further details on a property for sale or to rent you must contact
the relevant agent.

You can see your personal information held by Getmoved by going to your profile
which you can edit and save yourself
How does Getmoved use information that I enter on the site?
Your privacy is extremely important to Getmoved. It is our policy only to collect
customer information when it is obvious why the information is required. We use
this data only to improve your experience of using Getmoved. The information you
provide to us will not be distributed to other companies without your permission.
Once you have permitted us to share your information with these companies (for example
mortgage lenders), however, that information becomes subject to their own privacy
policy.
